Must hire certified arborist to determine extent of damage through air spading report. If trees are determined to have been irreversibly damaged then they will need to be removed and mitigated for in accordance with Sec. 27-284.4 and 27284.4.1. Revision to site plan will also be required to mark trees as removed and the tree table will need to be updated. If trees are not determined to be irreversibly damaged then arborist must provide an additional restoration plan. Plan must include all ways in which to amend soil and maintain health of trees. All work must be done by certified arborist
