Modification of driveway and walkway from Pavers to concrete. no modification to layout or location of driveway. Removed specific location of 3 code required landscape trees to be a note stating that 3 code required trees will be planted in locations selected by onwer. Trees will be planted on property and redy for site inspection. Addition of 594sf of pavers around seperately permited pool area. The impervious surface area on the lot is below 50% Currently the drawings show side yard swales for drainage. Both sides of the house contain large amounts of tree roots and grading in those areas will cause large amounts of damage to the existing root systems which are above grade as you move further away from the house where the swale is show. Revision calls for 8" ADS put within 4' of the house to protect tree root systems. The ADS is not being used for storage and is only utililized to direct water to the front of the lot.
