Revision to the previously approved phasing turnover plans on the Manor West River Project (360-unit Residential building, plus Garage) to separate the 8th level of the garage, the Card Room and 8th level Men's and Women's restrooms into a new/separate PCO (PCO #4). The revised phasing would be: PCO #1: Levels 1-4 of the Garage, levels 1-4 of the East residential building, and levels 1-8 stairwells. PCO #2: Levels 5-7 of the Garage, levels 5-8 of the East residential building, excluding stairwells done under PCO #1 PCO #3: Levels 1-8 of the West residential building, excluding the card room and 8th floor Men's and Women's restrooms which are accessed via the 8th floor of the garage. PCO #4: Level 8 of the garage, card room, and 8th floor Men's and Women's restrooms.
