RJTR is submitting building plan revisions (Issue Description “BULLETIN 1”) that includes the addition of exterior lighting drawings coordinated with electrical & architectural drawings, interior finish revisions and new Interior details, updated enclosure details at the exterior walls, revised Fire Service Access Elevator Lobby layouts to coordinate with revisions to adjacent room space requirements while still meeting all required min. dimensions, revised basis of design for grease traps, the addition of ribbon slabs at retail spaces, and additional support steel at retail bays to accommodate future tenant signage.
