I am applying for a building plan revision for the new construction home located at 807 W. West Street (Permit #: BLD-23-0497068). This revision is a modification to the already approved building plan revision BLD-23-0497068-REV1. I am altering the shape of the driveway flares. The flares are still 3 foot wide, but they are at a more gradual angle as opposed to the sharp angle in the approved building plan revision. These gradual angle flares are currently how the driveway was poured and give a better turning radius for vehicles. Therefore, I ask that you approve it. Thank you.
