Residential buildings and dwelling units that have a permit application date of July 1, 2017 or later will require a Blower Test performed by an approved third-party. Blower Door Testing reports verifying seven (7) air changes per hour or less must be uploaded to the Accela project record. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the approved test is accepted by the City. Buildings with less than 3 air changes per hour will require a whole house ventilation system in accordance with M1507.3. Termite Certification Required

Hold Harmless no longer required per Dec. 18, 2023 correspondence with senior management. The below comments are no longer applicable: The City will continue to have prescriptive easement rights over the City maintained box culvert within the private property. In the future when the box culverts require replacement or other maintenance activities, the City will not be responsible for the replacement or repair of any private structures. A Hold Harmless Agreement will therefore need to be executed in order to document this. Official recording of the Hold Harmless Agreement will be a condition of CO
