AMMR Condition
After a careful review of the submitted documents and drawings, it is the decision of the Building Official and Fire Inspection Supervisor to accept the request for alternate materials and methods for additional electrical service to accommodate the Maru Restaurant located at 2909 W Bay to Bay Blvd with the following conditions: 1) Providing a Knox-Box® to allow access to service #2 which is shown inside the building. 2) Engraved nameplates for the services must be installed prior to the electrical final of Maru Restaurant. 3) The proposed work in the AMMR must be completed via record BLD-23-0502067. The continued validity of this AMMR is limited to the layout as approved under this permit application, and any proposed changes after permit issuance will have to be reviewed and approved
