Ground level -The relocation of the garage door was necessary, shifting it from the south side (side entrance) to the west side (front entrance). It was a mistake that the plans were initially drafted and approved for the side entrance, considering the limited 16ft access from the side property. Additional alterations were implemented to enhance the structural integrity at the rear of the house. This involved doubling the size of the column supporting the conventional decking and eliminating two sliders. One slider was transformed into a single door, while the other now stands as a complete CMU wall. Another modification in the rear of the property included shifting a slider a few feet over. Second Level - East facing windows were replaced with a slider. 1/2 bath was installed on second floor off of the balcony. Windows were removed in new location of the half bath. Knockout window will now be framed in wood. One window was eliminated in knockout area. French doors were changed to a slider. 3rd Level - French doors changed to a slider.
