The site plan has been revised as follows: • Elimination of second level cross walk striping, curb ramp with detectable mat and approximately 5’ of sidewalk connecting parking lot to sports field perimeter sidewalk. During further architectural design and after the site plan was approved, the decision was made and approved by the City, to eliminate all public access into the new Dicks House of Sports from the upper second level. All access including ADA is made from the lower level. The access point has been provided with both handicap parking and an ADA accessible route with required pavement markings, signage, curb ramp, etc. Therefore, there is no longer a need for the above listed items that have been removed from the plan. • Parking lot light pole/lighting has been shifted approximately 40 to the east. • Emergency call box was eliminated from northeast corner of the sports field as there is an existing call box less than 100’ away in the parking island across the drive isle from the field. We respectfully request approval of these revisions so that project final inspections can be passed and the certificate of occupancy issued.
