During plan review, a grease trap had been provided for the proposed tenant buildout. Per a letter from the tenant submitted to the City after plan approval, there will be no cooking or food processing in the proposed outfit. The City of Tampa Wastewater department indicated they had no objections to exempting this project from the grease trap requirement (email dated May 7th , 2024). The plans have been revised to reflect this exemption and the grease trap has been removed from the plumbing plans.
