1) Regarding small assembly spaces not specifically addressed in the table: a. For spaces (conference rooms, break rooms, reception areas) under 750 SF, those will be designated as accessory spaces to the business use and the designer of record confirming these spaces have been evaluated and the comment is closed. (Attached Live load statement is acceptable option) b. For spaces larger than 750 SF, we will ask the designer of record to have a structural engineer confirm the reconfiguration of the spaces that the existing structure was evaluated to comply with the new loading configurations. We are not asking for calculations, but to confirm it was evaluated. Once documentation from the Structural Engineer is uploaded the comment is closed. (Attached Evaluation Report is an acceptable option) 2) Regarding Corridors: a. The live loading is only to be considered for common corridors not within the tenant/suite space
