If it is determined by the Wastewater department that a Wastewater Commitment is required for this building project, the Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all Wastewater utility requirements have been satisfied

The building official approves of the listed deferred submittal items presented in CBO-24-0000005 for cold formed metal framing, concrete formwork, electrical selective coordination study, elevator support rails and beams, exterior building finishes, formed metal copings, metal canopies, pre-engineered cold formed metal building systems, post-tensioning, precast concrete, rooftop mechanical equipment curb connections, rooftop tie-off stations, steel or wood trusses and steel stairs. The deferred submittal items shall not be installed until the deferred submittal documents have been approved by the revision record to the BLD record. The condition will be affirmatively noted on the record as a revision to the record and the revision will be required prior to the installation of said deferrals on site

Smoke Control Rational Analysis indicates test and completion report is required to be uploaded to the record from the Smoke Control Special Inspector. Condition is to be satisfied by Inspections prior to CO

After a careful review of the submitted documents and drawings, it is the decision of the Building Official to accept the use of XVents to meet the intent of the code for Encore lot 12 project with the following condition: 1) To be installed within a fire rated box per the Xvent ICC-ES documentation
