Building Plans - Deferred Submittals
The building official approves of the listed deferred submittal items presented in CBO-24-0000008 for shoring and reshoring, aggregate piers, post-tension tendon layout and friction loss calculations, structural steel connections, storefront systems, cold-formed steel framing, and metal fabrications, including stairs, ladders, and railings. The deferred submittal items shall not be installed until the deferred submittal documents have been approved by the revision record to the BLD record. The condition will be affirmatively noted on the record as a revision to the record and the revision will be required prior to the installation of said deferrals on site
