Approved Blower Door Test Form Required
Residential buildings and dwelling units that have a permit application date of July 1, 2017 or later will require a Blower Test performed by an approved third-party. Blower Door Testing reports verifying seven (7) air changes per hour or less must be uploaded to the Accela project record. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the approved test is accepted by the City. Buildings with less than 3 air changes per hour will require a whole house ventilation system in accordance with M1507.3. C/O Hold for PLN and ROW permit
You'll need to obtain a PLN and ROW permit to improve E 21st or N 53rd St as there is no other way to access the property. The PLN would need to be completed and approved prior to the next submittal and getting building approval. The ROW permit can be completed at later date prior to C/O, but provide a ROW application number with the next submittal to make sure there is one in process. Do not resubmit until the PLN is approved and ROW application number is obtained. A C/O hold will be added to the record for these improvements. This BLD plan must be coordinated with the PLN and indicate the ROW will be improved and how it will be improved. The PLN will have all the details of the improvement with Mobility Department review
