Scope also includes exterior base building addition of a new kitchen, dining / lounge room, physical therapy / hydro therapy training space, weightroom, coaches locker rooms. Scope includes room finishes, millwork, lighting, plumbing fixtures and fittings and associated structural, civil / landscaping, MEP, FP, AV and Security work.
