This application proposes MINOR revisions to the previously approved Commercial Miscellaneous Permit (BLD-24-0505722). The drainage system improvements and grade elevations surrounding the proposed egress-only access driveway on the southern boundary have been revised to direct all stormwater runoff into the system more effectively. Details for the dumpster enclosure have also been included with the revision submittal, as requested by staff.
