This project involves the private construction of public water facilities within the City of Tampa easement (vacated right-of-way). This conditional commitment is contingent on you obtaining the necessary approvals to construct the proposed facilities within the easement. The construction plans for the project must be approved by the Water Department before the Easement Encroachment Agreement may be approved by the Water Department. A C/O hold will remain on the building for the completion of the Easement Encroachment Agreement
