Remediated structural issue with the CMU walls not lining up with the CMU columns in the back and front porches. The engineer originally had the CMU wall lining up with the 16" base of the CMU columns, and the columns were originally supposed to transition to 12" to catch the CMU wall. Also a cast-in-place concrete beam was added to carry the 2nd floor CMU wall given the new CMU column conditions. Also, added a bathroom and kitchenette in the Flex room above the garage.
