Page A1 labeled Proposed Layout is in fact the original layout of the bathroom. Page A2 labeled Existing Layout is in fact the proposed remodel plan. I don’t know how I got the files revered, but in short, I made a mistake. There’s no added cost to this project, just a paper mistake on my end. Second, our plumber suggested that while we have the walls opened up, we should go ahead and replace the water supply lines for the second bathroom and the kitchen sink. On page A3 I highlighted the wall where all three rooms intersect, the kitchen and two bathrooms. The water supply lines for all three rooms are in this wall, making it very convenient to replace the pipes at this time. This was a $1,000 project that just made sense for the homeowner.
