Building Plans - Deferred Submittals
The building official approves of the listed deferred submittal items presented in CBO-24-0000045 for precast wall panels and double tee roof, playground equipment, exterior metal canopies and sunshades, splash pad, selective coordination of emergency system and formwork. The deferred submittal items shall not be installed until the deferred submittal documents have been approved by revision record to the BLD record. The condition will be affirmatively noted on the record as a revision to the record and the revision will be required prior to the installation of said deferrals on site. Fire Sprinkler is to be submitted as a separate permit
