Phase 2 of the Tampa General Community Garden Plan which is an expansion of the garden approved in BLD-23-0497703. The expansion incorporates a new playground area and educational space. The playground equipment and shade structures are shown for reference in the plan. The actual equipment and educational structure will be permitted separately by the Contractor. The required stormwater for the new impervious area shown was all calculated and accommodated for in BLD-23-0497703. Only Landscape and Hardscape Plans are being submitted.
