AMMR Condition
After a careful review of the submitted documents and drawings, it is the decision of the Building Official to accept the request for intumescent paint to meet the intent of the code for the TGH FHSC People & Talent Relocation First and Seventh Floor project located at 39 Columbia Dr, with the following conditions: 1) Due to concerns about intumescent paint and humidity, we are requiring that a special inspector be required and should specifically measure and record during installation: the type of coat and material, temperature and humidity, and temperature of the substrate at the time of application, minimum thickness of the application, and drying time for each coat. 2) A final letter of acceptance signed and sealed by the special inspector upon completion of installation to be uploaded to the BLD record. The continued validity of this AMMR is limited to the use/occupancy/layout as approved under this permit application, and any proposed changes after permit issuance would have to be reviewed and approved
