There was a previous Permit Issued to perform repairs to the front exterior wall. The initial scope was to remove and replace a window and remove and replace damaged stucco (2x4's), but upon further inspection after demolition of exterior wall we found that it will be necessary to add 4x8x16 solid filled block to create a curb for the new exterior wall. Please see signed and sealed engineered drawing for further detail. Previous permit number: BTR-24-0583779. This permit will replace the previous one, that will need to be withdrawn.
