Initially, our scope was to remove the existing ceramic tiles and apply a new traffic coating to the concrete slab. Since the concrete was not exposed, we anticipated that concrete repairs might be necessary before applying the traffic coating. As a result, our engineer included typical details for concrete repair. However, upon removing the tiles, we discovered that no concrete repairs were required, and we applied the new traffic coating.
