In accordance with the FDEP consent order (OGC #87-0771) dated October 2, 2015, this parcel is being developed with an interim impervious cap to limit interaction with contaminated media. The DEP consent order requests the parcel be completely paved with the exception of necessary green space required for a stormwater management system. A single wet pond was designed to meet the necessary stormwater discharge and quality criteria.
