The existing concrete slab seawall is over 50 years old and is in poor structural condition requiring replacement. The replacement concrete slab seawall shall have a 24"x60"x24" concrete cap (5000 psi) to be constructed at 24” above the existing elevation to match the adjacent neighboring property seawall elevation. Filler between the existing and proposed wall shall be 3500 psi. Seawall vinyl sheet piles shall be 6500 Prestressed concrete slabs x 20' long. Rebar shall be grade 60, HDG, with 3" concrete cover. Tieback rods shall be 1"dia. x 22' long hot dipped galvanized (HDG) rods connected to a continuous concrete deadmen. Wellpoint drains shall be 1.25"dia. x 4' long slit type PV well point drains at 6' on center through bath walls at 5" above the barnacle line.
