Approved Blower Door Test Form Required
Residential buildings and dwelling units that have a permit application date of July 1, 2017 or later will require a Blower Test performed by an approved third-party. Blower Door Testing reports verifying seven (7) air changes per hour or less must be uploaded to the Accela project record. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the approved test is accepted by the City. Buildings with less than 3 air changes per hour will require a whole house ventilation system in accordance with M1507.3. Building Plans - Deferred Submittals
The building official approves of the listed deferred submittal items presented in CBO-25-0000035 for exterior steel stairs. The deferred submittal items shall not be installed until the deferred submittal documents have been approved by a revision to the BLD record (BLD-24-0508666). The condition will be affirmatively noted on the record and the revision will be required prior to the installation of said deferrals on site
