1. An outdoor kitchen with travertine flooring and associated equipment/furnishings has now included in the scope of work, which includes additional ELE and GAS scope. 2. To maintain an open/impervious space total of less than 50%, we have eliminated the concrete paving that was previously proposed immediately north of the existing garage. 3. Impervious/Pervious area calculations have been updated to reflect this change in areas on Sheety C1.0.
