Wastewater Commitment Required
A Wastewater Commitment may be required for this building project. Upon review of the Utility application, If the Wastewater department determines that a Wastewater Commitment is required, the Building permit will not be issued until the Wastewater Commitment is issued and all related Utility fees are paid. The Water Department has determined that the existing 2” domestic meter (Ser. No. 31584691) is adequate for the proposed project with no change in use and minimal plumbing changes. Backflows are compliant with annual testing. All Water holds have been released
