Building Plans - Code Interpretation
After a careful review of the narratives provided, the Building Official agrees with the code interpretation above regarding the use of a portable bath facility in lieu of the permanent bath facility for code compliance for the Celebree School project located at 4539 Dale Mabry Highway. The continued validity of this interpretation is limited to the use/occupancy/layout as approved under this permit application, and any proposed changes after permit issuance would have to be reviewed and approved
