Post-construction video inspection
Per attached Second Amendment to Development Agreement, a video inspection of existing pipe in the post-construction condition from manhole to manhole in the vicinity of the concrete crane foundation and shall be completed. This shall be sent to Mobility Department, Stormwater Engineering Division. A condition will be added to the address. Once Stormwater Engineering Division records and approves the post-construction video inspection, the condition will be removed

Owner Letter Total Building Occupants
For each commercial alteration permit application, the building owner shall provide a notarized letter stating the total cumulative occupant load of the building referencing each respective BLD number for each suite/tenant space. This letter will be a requirement before certificate of occupancy of each permit. In the event the occupant load passes any required threshold, then the building owner will be responsible for the whole building to comply with applicable building code
