Owner Letter Total Building Occupants
For each commercial alteration permit application, the building owner shall provide a notarized letter stating the total cumulative occupant load of the building referencing each respective BLD number for each suite/tenant space. This letter will be a requirement before certificate of occupancy of each permit. In the event the occupant load passes any required threshold, then the building owner will be responsible for the whole building to comply with applicable building code
