Revisions to this project include adding decking and deck drains without on-site retention. The existing pool, spa and decking will be removed, and a new pool and spa will be installed under this existing permit. Decking will be added to this permit with less impervious coverage than is already there. Stormwater will be directed to deck drains and then to the owner’s existing underground drain system to the front property line as shown on the plan. The proposed coverage is 59.09%. The existing coverage is 60.18% (survey attached). The current coverage was added to an existing pool deck with a room addition in 2015 under project BLD-15-0439948 before there was a change requiring on-site retention on houses older than two years with impervious coverage over 50%.
