Utilities - Certificate of Occupancy Hold for Water
Due to minimal plumbing or no changes, the existing 1-inch domestic meter (serial no. 20154192) is adequate. A Water Commitment is not needed for this project. The Water Commitment hold has been released. However, the City of Tampa Water Certificate of Occupancy (CO) Hold for Backflow Requirements cannot be released until all cross-connection control requirements are met. Please note that we do not have any records of a backflow prevention device associated with this meter. A backflow device must be installed, inspected, and approved prior to CO for Water hold release. For any backflow inquiries, please contact Field Quality at fieldquality@tampagov.net or (813)-231-5266
