Blower Door Testing reports verifying seven (7) air changes per hour or less must be uploaded to the Accela project record. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the approved test is accepted by the City. Buildings with less than 3 air changes per hour will require a whole house ventilation system in accordance with M1507.3.
