A Wastewater Commitment may be required for this building project. Upon review of the Utility application, If the Wastewater department determines that a Wastewater Commitment is required, the Building permit will not be issued until the Wastewater Commitment is issued and all related Utility fees are paid. If it is determined by the Wastewater department that a Wastewater Commitment is required for this building project, the Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all Wastewater utility requirements have been satisfied.
