Residential buildings and dwelling units that have a permit application date of July 1, 2017 or later will require a Blower Test performed by an approved third-party. Blower Door Testing reports verifying seven (7) air changes per hour or less must be uploaded to the Accela project record. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the approved test is accepted by the City. Buildings with less than 3 air changes per hour will require a whole house ventilation system in accordance with M1507.3. A Water Commitment may be required for this building project. Upon review of the Utility application, If the Water department determines that a Water Commitment is required, the Building permit will not be issued until the Water Commitment is issued and all related Utility fees are paid. Notice of Commencement is required to be uploaded to the permit record prior to the requesting 1st inspection

Termite Certification Required
