Building Plans - AMMR Condition
After a careful review of the submitted documents and drawings, it is the decision of the Building Official and Fire Inspection Supervisor to accept the alternative means and methods request for the maximum occupant load occupant load for the 10th Floor pool deck located on the 300 W Tyler project to be capped at 495 occupants with the following conditions: 1) Posted placard of the 495 occupant load for the pool deck. 2) Reducing any fire loads on the deck to include the removal of any fireplaces on the pool deck and to have the chairs and fabrics used on the deck to be made of Class A material to reduce flame spread. 3) To utilize the open-air assembly factors 2020 FBC 1029.6.3, to confirm the plans show the exit stair doors are accessed directly off the pool deck
