Transportation Mitigation due
Per the approved rezoning PD site plan REZ-20-92, prior to the issuance of the first building permit, a mitigation payment of $308,076 shall be paid to the Transportation Division for improvements in the Interbay District area. Within 2 years of the final certificate of occupancy for the project, the developer will complete a signal warrant analysis and provide a written report for the intersection of W Tyson Ave and S West Shore Blvd. If a signal is warranted, the developer will pay its proportionate fair share to design and construct a new traffic signal

Final Engineering Report will be required for the commissioning of the underground stormwater drainage system, as well as the approval of the system installation (work concealed without COT inspection)
