Prior to CO the applicant must perform relocation and have inspections and submit as-builts as required for all utilities that require it. Deed new Wastewater and Stormwater easements to the City of Tampa. These easements must be submitted to the Wastewater and Stormwater Departments for processing. The applicant must submit a revised metes and bounds legal description for the partial release of easement that is the subject of ROE-22-0000002
