Building - 1 Applied - Building Permit - Required mitigation and code trees.
After researching this site, I have found that the tree up front was removed by the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department. That tree is removed from required mitigation and any penalty trees assessed. The re-submitted approved plan showed trees being protected on the rear. The weeping fig has been removed from t he required mitigation and any penalty tree assessed. The only tree due mitigation of 1-2.5” tree and 1-3” penalty tree is the magnolia up front. The code requirement for 3-2.5” code trees is based on the new development and is a requirement of the approval of the permit. Ch.27-284.1.1. Ch.27-284.4.1 & Table 284.3.3 - Tree protection, Required mitigation and penalty trees. Code tree requirements. NATURAL RESOURCES Created by: Michael Lousias on 12/29/2023, 2:39:39 PM CONDITION Description: Adhere to the tree protection zones shown for trees in the rear of the property. 3 trees were removed without permit: 32 inch Grand Laurel Oak from the right of way, a 10" Magnolia in the front yard and an 8" Weeping fig in the rear yard.
