Based on PPR -12-0000044 Item # 11 and PPR-23-0000066 Item #1: Attached is the request to use of exterior non-rated partition wall and gate in open-to-sky areas on the Level 7 amenity deck in conjunction with two-hour rated fire barrier as a horizontal exit separation in lieu of required continuous two-hour fire barrier (as required in the interior). We’d like the Building Department to confirm this request.
