This project for the City of Tampa on City property includes the design and construction of a new Department of Solid Waste (DSW) complex on the existing McKay Bay Transfer Station site. Key site additions and improvements include the addition of a new parking garage and new buildings for DSW administration, fleet maintenance, container storage, container maintenance, compressed natural gas (CNG) area, and truck wash facility. The project will also include new stormwater ponds and a new sanitary lift station. New and updated utilities to the site will include potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and electrical systems.
