The project was approved by the City of Tampa and SWFWMD in May 2006, which included 2 future buildings and all the required infrastructure. We now have updated site and building plans to include the two aforementioned buildings and infrastructure, which involves 2,958 sf one-story building that includes 2 separate restaurants and 4,984 sf two-story building that includes shops on 1st floor and offices on 2nd floor.
