This project is a renovation to an existing building and site. The existing building was used by a cash management company (Loomis). The proposed use of the building is a private health club (Gold's Gym). The sanitary sewer service is proposed to remain as existing and is located at the eastern corner of the building. A new water service is proposed at the southeastern corner of the site. The water service is proposed to be a 2" service within a 4" casing crossing North 12th Street and connecting to the City of Tampa 8" water main.
