Transportation Mitigation due
Per the approved rezoning REZ-20-66 PD site plan: 1. Prior to the issuance of the first building permit, a mitigation payment of $99,581 shall be paid to the Transportation Division for improvements in the Interbay District area. 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST BUILDING PERMIT, THE DEVELOPER SHALL PAY ITS PROPORTIONATE FAIR SHARE PAYMENT FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF W TYSON AVE AND S WESTSHORE BLVD. 3. At the time of approval of a building permit for any portion of the project, developer at that time shall contribute $174,000.00 to the City of Tampa, to be utilized for the design and/or improvement of Tyson (the "Tyson Roadway Improvements"). The city shall take such action to encumber the full contribution so that funds are allocated for the Tyson Roadway Improvements
