The redevelopment of 4130 W. Gandy Blvd (BLD-22-0494979) requires the construction of a signalized intersection at the intersection of Gandy Blvd and Clark Ave. The pole arm foundation at the north western portion of the intersection will conflict with an existing force main. The force main will require relocation. Coordination with FDOT has been initiated.
