REZ-23-0000106 was recently approved to building a 2nd medical office on property 2810 W DR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR BLVD (109386-0000). The existing 2,960 sf medical building is to remain and continue be serviced off the current meter from MLK. There is an adjacent existing single family home property, 2809 W VIRGINIA AVE (109409-0000), which is being demolished and added to the total project property area. The new 4,680 sf medical office will be located on the south end of the parcel and be serviced off the Water/Sewer mains located in Virginia ROW. There is an existing water/sewer laterals for the single family house which will be removed.
