Renovation of existing building use suite to create a wellness center. This project is not a change of use and no new square footage is added. This project is on the ground floor and is separated from the above residences by an existing rated floor. This project includes new partitions, new interior finishes, new furniture and equipment and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The existing storefront will be modified to relocate the exit door to a new location. The renovations entail a Level 2 Alteration as defined by the 2023 FEBC and as such the applicable compliance method of Section 301.3 shall be Section 301.3.2 work area compliance method and the applicable requirements of Chapters 5 though 13; specifically Chapter 8 of the 2021 FEBC for a Level 2 Alteration
