The Jesuit All-Inclusive Dining Project includes electrical and plumbing renovations to the interior of the existing Dining Hall. There is no change in student population, just a facility upgrade. Utility connections are generally internal, but one sanitary sewer line could not be connected internally, requiring a small grease trap and discharge line to be run outside the building as shown on the Utility Plan. This line is designed to connect to the existing sanitary line running from the north side of the Dining Hall to the 8” City trunk line in the center of Loyola Lane. Work on this project is under Building Permit (BLD-24-0509106), and this Utility Application is in coordination with the information contained within that application.
