This project is a demolition of the interior of suites 224-226 which the existing Oso Blanco supermarket. The interior will be demolished including all finishes, flooring, interior walls, and associated mechanical/plumbing/electrical. A demising wall will be built on one side and the two doors into adjacent suites will be removed and in-filled. The intent is to shell the space for a future build-out by the next tenants (under another permit). Existing plumbing line stubbed into space will be capped.
